By using Mars Servers services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Mars Servers provides dedicated server hosting, managed hosting and enterprise infrastructure solutions.

All services are subject to agreed pricing and billing terms outlined in client agreements.

Clients must not use services for illegal activities, abuse of network resources or violation of applicable laws.

We aim to maintain 99.99% uptime; however, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen events may occur.

Mars Servers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from service use.

Services may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial laws.
